Well, this is my 3rd vector drawing and i think im starting to get it. This is a work in progress. I want to improve on it until i think it is done (which could be never.) I for sure need to work on the lightsaber effect, that i know. Im hoping for many views/comments. Please let me know what you think...

nive yod ya have,') worked hard on his face? looks like. just 1 thng: he looks just hangin - shold've be more dynamical? like flyin/jumpin/movin styla. at least I think.

That's really good. The left side of his face could be blended more, that one spot over his right eye really stands out. The saber could be better too, but then they're really hard to make so I understand that. Yeah, you need to incorporate him in the background better some how, he doesn't seem to fit in it. Like the previous poster said, it seems like he's floating there. Great work though.

dang that's kick ass bro. that must've taken days fool. nice DOF. haha. he's not floating he's flying/jumping! one question: what's that white outlining thing above his head. maybe i'm missing something because i haven't seen the latest movie. whatev. great job!

haha... the what stuff is the classic yoda fuzz... and in his defense, xxdisciplexx will be adding backgrounds to his work... which will make his work that much better i imagine.

he is lookin pretty haught. :P i have to agree w/ his right eye needing work. saber, as we talked bout, could use some work too. something could be done w/ the hair i think. it looks more like this haze over his head. it communicates well over his right ear, but not over his head. and, i actually really like your solution for the background. so, after some more touching up, i'm sure it could be even more badass! ;)

Did you change anything between this morning and this afternoon? It looks different.

The updated version is way better. It really works with the background now, it makes him stand out so much more and makes him much more dynamic. The changes in lighting and shadows on his face are way better now too and flow a lot better. Another great piece. You're on a roll now.

thanx man, that means a lot comin from you... is there any way you could send me an e-mail or something with a quick tutorial on how you made yoda's lightsaber, if not, i totally understand... but thats exactly how i want to do it. thanx again
